About the event
Ruck Iowa will be sponsoring a weekend long camping trip in Floyd, IA. We will be staying on the coordinator's private property with a map provided closer to the time of the event. Veterans and their spouses are welcome to attend, please NO KIDS. Tents will be the only sleeping equipment allowed on the property. There will be games such as a fire building competition, scavenger hunt, capture the flag, and tug of war. Please DO NOT bring any ATV, UTV, go-kart, Dirt bike etc… If a Veteran is non-ambulatory and needs assistance we will have volunteers available to escort them along with their respective teams.
Meals that are provided include: Friday evening meal will be a simple weenie roast, over the campfire. Saturday Breakfast of Eggs, Bacon, grilled veggies and coffee. Lunch on your own, we suggest you bring items you can eat while out participating in the activities.…
