About the event
Ruck Iowa is hosting a local hike event for veterans. Lace up for an easy-going hike through the heart of Ames, open to veterans of all ages and abilities! Set your own pace as we step together, with relaxing stops at local parks and establishments along the way. Expect good company and zero pressure, no special gear required. Just RSVP so we can save you a spot!
Checkin at 10:00AM at the Southeast Recreation Complex in Ames, IA (next to Jack Trice Stadium)
The route will be approximately 5 miles in length.
There will be stops at local parks and establishments with some fun activities as well.
The end point will be at the Recreation Complex as well.
